What We Do
Our goal is to distribute art supplies to kids in the United States, Sri Lanka, and Puerto Rico. We raise funds to buy art supplies and then will work directly with local organizations in our focus regions to connect the art materials with students and provide art instruction.
The artwork created by students from all over the world will be showcased on our website, and a few feature pieces may be available for purchase through an auction, the proceeds of which will go directly back towards purchasing more supplies to help other kids.

Sri Lanka
We traveled to Sri Lanka in November 2021 to hand deliver the art supplies and to work closely with local communities from Colombo to Galle to the southern coast of Sri Lanka. I grew up in Hong Kong with Sri Lanka as a second home of sorts. I feel a deep connection with this amazing country.
Our Sri Lanka program will featured the following elements:
Provided underprivileged students with high quality art supplies art supplies
Organized art teachers to provide high quality instruction
Host art competitions for these students on our social media and website to celebrate their art and auction off their work. Proceeds to be reinvested in that local country.

New York City
We are currently raising money for art supplies locally in New York City! We have partnered with an amazing organization, Free Arts NYC to distribute art kits to children in underserved communities in New York. The photos below show the kids with their art kits!

We are planning to launch Colette’s Canvas in Puerto Rico at the 1st Annual Downwinder by Goodwinds Dorado and Colette’s Canvas.

So far, we have raised over $2000, all of which goes towards our efforts to make the arts accessible to all kids!
